Apple Pie Fries

Ingredients
- 1 large apple cut into “fries”
Slurry: (mix all ingredients together until smooth)
- 1/2 cup millet, ground into a flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened apple juice
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla powder
Coating: (mix all ingredients together)
- 1 cup gluten free rolled oats
- 1 Tablespoon Apple Pie Spice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla powder
Insrtuctions:
- Core apple and cut into even fries.
- One at a time, coat in the slurry and then dredge in the coating.
- Air fry at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes or until done.
