Best Ever Humus

This is the best hummus I’ve ever tasted!
Ingredients
- 2 cups chickpeas, drained and rinsed if using canned
- 1 cup cannelloni beans, drained and rinsed if using canned
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast (“nooch”)
- 1 1/2-2 TBSP freshly squeezed lemon juice with zest
- 1 1/2 TBSP tahini
- 1 TBSP low-sodium tamari
- 3/4 tsp ground cumin
- 3/4 tsp smoked paprika
- 3/4 tsp ground chipotle powder
- 1/8 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
Instructions:
- In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, cannelloni beans, nooch, 1/4-1/2 cup water, lemon juice and zest, tahini, tamari, and spices, and puree until smooth, 30 to 60 seconds, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed.
- Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4-6 days.
