Cranberry Orange Muffins

Makes 12 large muffins or one loaf!

Ingredients:

Wet Ingredients:

Dry Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl mix together the dry ingredients.
  3. Add in wet ingredients until well combined.
  4. Fold in chopped cranberries and orange zest.
  5. Bake in a parchment-lined or silicone muffin tins for 20-25 minutes.

[The loaf version takes around 25-30 minutes]
