Granola

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds (chopped)
- 1/4 cup coconut flakes or shredded coconut
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1-2 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 medjool dates, pitted
- 1/2 cup water
- pinch of salt (optional)
- 1/2 cup raisins (add after granola is done baking - optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees F 2. Mix dry ingredients together in large mixing bowl. 3. Add water, dates and vanilla to blender and blend on high until smooth. 4. Add wet ingredients to dry and mix thoroughly 5. Spread granola onto lined baking sheet, making sure to spread granola evenly 6. Bake for 20 mins, take out of oven and mix granola up, bake an additional 12-15 minutes.. keep an eye on it!
- Add raisins when granola is cooled!
