Ingredients
- 1 onion, diced
- 5 celery stalks, diced*
- 5 carrots, diced*
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups dry yellow (or green_ split peas (soaked overnight)
- 6 cups veggie stock
- 2 bay leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon caraway seeds
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 2 tablespoons low-sodium tamari**

1 package chickpea pasta**

Instructions (different from in the source, which are for the stovetop)
- Set Instant Pot to saute and cook vegetables (except the garlic) in a small amount of veggie stock until the onions are translucent.
- Add spice all other ingredients except for the pasta and pressure cook on high for 20 minutes.
- Cook the pasta as directed.
- When the pressure cooking is done, mix in the cooked pasta.
