This is incredibly versatile and delicious!
Add to Instant Pot …
- 1/2 cup of 5 starches, e.g. quinoa, millet, pearl barley, lentils, split peas, black eyed peas, soy curls, oats, pasta …
I used red lentils, green lentils, red quinoa, black eyed peas, and soy curls (broken up).
- any veggies you want.
I added carrots, celery, frozen peas, and onions
- spices.
I added onion powder, garlic powder, curry powder, graham marsala, and smoke paprika + 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- liquid to fill line
I used mostly veggie broth and a little water.

1/4 cup of low-sodium tamari (or low-sodium soy sauce)

Pressure cook for 18 minutes.
