Tofu Meatballs:

Ingredients
- 8 ounces firm tofu, drained
- 1/4 cup ground walnuts
- 1/4 cup rolled oats, blended to make coarse crumbs
- 2 tablespoons whole wheat flour (or more rolled oats)
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
- 1/4 cup minced onion
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano, or to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil, or to taste
- 1 teaspoon Bragg Liquid Aminos or low sodium soy sauce
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients very well, using hands if necessary.
- Form into 2” balls. Place on a baking pan that has been lightly oiled or lined with parchment paper.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 30-35 minutes or until golden.
