Veggie Crumble

Ingredients

1 Cup TVP Soaked for 10 minutes then strained and pressed
- Seasoning Blend:
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 2 tsp garlic Powder
- 2 tsp onion Powder
- 1.5 tsp black pepper
- 1.5 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp salt
In the food processor:
- 1/4 Red onion
- 1/2 red pepper
- 1/2 cup green peas
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 1/2 cup broccoli
- 1 green onion
- 2 tsp of Braggs (soy sauce or Tamari is fine too)
- 2 tsp maple syrup
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a food processor until uniform.
- Spread on baking tray.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes at 350-375f mixing once at the 20 minute mark.
